After his successful comeback with Logan Lucky, Steven Soderbergh shows no signs of slowing down.

His next movie, said to be called Unsane, has already been shot and was filmed in secret, entirely on an iPhone, with The Crown's Claire Foy, Juno Temple and Saturday Night Live's Jay Pharoah.

Little else is known about it, but Pharoah has offered some teases to EW, comparing it to one of the best movies of this year, Get Out.

"I don't know how long [filming] was, week and a half? However long it was, it was so quick, but it was just a dope experience. The movie kind of reminds me of some reality-type horror – almost Get Out-ish, but different, which feels good," he explained.

It seems that it's not only the filming time that was ridiculously short for a movie, either, as Pharoah revealed he's already seen "about 80 percent" of the finished product.

"[Soderbergh] had edited it every day. Every time we would finish doing a day, he would just go upstairs and he would start editing it," he explained. "I'm excited to see the whole thing, because it looks so drop – you wouldn't be able to tell anything [about how it was made]."

Unsane won't be the first movie ever shot on an iPhone, as director Sean Baker beat Soderbergh to it with the excellent Tangerine in 2015.

It is released in US cinemas on March 23, 2018.
