Stoke-on-Trent pub to reopen after 39-day makeover
A pub is preparing to reopen to diners and drinkers. The Saracens Head, in Meir, has been shut for a refurbishment since April 13.
It followed a decision by the bosses behind the venue to 'step aside' after 12 years. Now the Sandon Road venue is due to reopen from midday on Wednesday, May 22.
In a social media post to drinkers, The Saracens Head stated: "We are ready to open our doors after refurbishment. Come and check out our new food menu, great new drinks range, and new look."
