Storm Brings Gusting Wind to Sacramento

The National Weather Service (NWS) warned of high winds and rain as a thunderstorm moved over California’s Sacramento Valley in the early morning hours on January 8.

“Be very careful if venturing outdoors,” the NWS said. Local journalists reported power outages in parts of the city of Sacramento overnight.
