A storm brought heavy rain, strong wind, and power outages to Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, on April 22, local news reported.

Winds from the Caribbean and the Pacific brought scattered rain and storms to several regions of the country, the Secretariat of Risk and Contingency Management said.
