A street food festival is returning to the city centre next week featuring local traders excelling in delicacies from around the world.

Food.Fest will take place just off Oxford Road, in the Circle Square neighbourhood, on Thursday (June 27) featuring everything from pizzas and fried chicken to bao buns and smashed burgers.

Bringing together four of the ‘North West's top street food traders’, the festival will be attended by Hello Oriental, Little Bao Boy, Tommy’s Pizza and Triple B x Eat New York.

Asian food hall and market Hello Oriental will be on hand to offer up a special grab-and-go offering, curated specifically for the event, featuring a selection of menu favourites and must-tries. Its Symphony Park venue serves up the likes of Chinese roasts, Dim Sum, hot phos, and summer rolls.

Little Bao Boy, which is based within Circle Square, will be serving up its famed homemade bao buns, like the beef brisket teriyaki and the crispy tofu, alongside other Asian treats featuring a contemporary and western twist.

Meanwhile, Tommy’s Pizza, originally based in Macclesfield, will be offering up Neapolitan-style pizzas whilst Prestwich’s Triple B X Eat New York will be serving up their popular smashed burgers and salt beef bagels.

The event will take place from 12pm until 4pm, meaning it’ll be an ideal midweek workplace lunch destination. The 2.4m sq ft Circle Square, in the heart of Manchester’s Oxford Road Corridor knowledge quarter, features coworking spaces, homes, hotels, and retail and leisure spots.
