Strictly Come Dancing’s Kristina Rihanoff For Celebrity Big Brother?

The only thing that gets us over the January blues of there being no more X Factor, no more Strictly, and no more Christmas is January’s series of Celebrity Big Brother.

So imagine our excitement when we heard that two of our greatest joys might just end up combining, with Strictly Come Dancing’s Kristina Rihanoff reportedly gearing up to enter the famous house next year.

HOW EXCITING.

It is thought that Kristina is going to do an Ola Jordan and make this year’s series of the hit BBC show her last, freeing her up to enter Big Brother in 2016.

Speaking to The Sun, a source dished: “She hasn’t told bosses at Strictly she’s going, but there is next to no chance that they will have her back when they hear she’s signed up for CBB.”

Fellow former Strictly pro, James Jordan, previously did a stint in Big Brother, finishing in third place despite splitting viewers with his no-nonsense attitude.

Kristina has quite a fiery reputation outside of Strictly, and it is thought that she’d be able to emulate James’ success - if she doesn’t end up winning the whole thing.

The dancer hit the headlines when she shacked up with Ben Cohen after he appeared in Strictly, with Ben’s ex-wife claiming that the two relationships, erm, overlapped - to say the least.

Kristina has constantly had to defend her relationship with the rugby ace, recently insisting: “We are in a committed relationship, and of course, part of that involves love.

“We’re constantly together - either at my place or his. We’re still very new so there’s much more left to grow hopefully. It’s a work in progress.”

Speaking about the negative reaction to their romance, she added: “It was deeply upsetting and for a while I was in a dark place. Ben’s said it many times and I’ll say it again - I wasn’t involved in the breaking up of his marriage.

“Lots of relationships start because you’re attracted to someone. It’s all happy fireworks and then the core dissolves and it fizzles out.

“But we have a strong core. He doesn’t see me as a dancer kicking my legs on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, he sees the real me.”
