Jayde Adams has brought Strictly Come Dancing fans to tears with her body positivity message in a Flashdance-inspired routine that viewers called "joyful".
The comedian is competing in the BBC One show partnered with Karen Hauer and in this week's movie-themed special they donned Flashdance's iconic leotards to show that dancing is inclusive for everyone.
Speaking before the routine, Adams said: "This week for me is all about showing that dancers come in all different shapes and sizes. You don't have to look a certain way to make people feel happy.
"Two women with very different physiques, dancing together and nailing it."

Somone else wrote: "God I love Karen and Jayde… that was joyful."

Another person commented: "I've never seen someone look so happy and content to be themselves and it's INFECTIOUS. Couldn't love Jayde Adams or her energy more if I tried."
