A Strictly Come Dancing star is set to feature in a show coming to Glasgow.

Ellie Leach - who won the 21st series of the hit show - will perform in the stage show of Cluedo 2 at the city's Theatre Royal this year.

The show - which is based on the classic Hasbro board game - will take place at the venue from June 4 until June 8.

In it, the Strictly champion will make her stage acting debut as Miss Scarlett.

On top of the dancing programme, the 23-year-old is also known as previously playing Faye Windass in Coronation Street.

Ellie will star alongside leading West End actor and TV fan-favourite Jason Durr - who will play Colonel Mustard - in the theatre performance.

She said: “After an incredible year I’m so excited to join the cast of Cluedo 2.

"I am delighted to make my stage acting debut as Miss Scarlett and I can’t wait to work with Jason and the talented cast.”
