Strictly’s Helen George Claims The Show Is ‘Tightly Controlled’ Amid Fix Claims

The winner of Strictly 2015 has been crowned, the Glitterball’s been engraved and we can finally all move on with our lives.

Or can we? The show might have ended, but those ‘fixing’ rumours are still forever knocking about the place – and this time, a former contestant has decided to wade into the furore.

Helen George, AKA the blonde one off of Call The Midwife, has now come out and said that the show is 'controlled’.

Controlled? PRAY HELEN, HOW SO?

Speaking to The Sun, the actress said:

“It is a dance show and a television show so there has to be drama and it has to be somewhat controlled for it to fit the format.

"I don’t know what happened and I wasn’t privy to it.”

Well, this all sounds very cryptic, DOESN’T it, folks? We wonder what Len’s got to say about all of Helen’s dramatics.

Anyway, whilst Hels’ might be looking out for evidence of the Illuminati at every other turn, she’s determined not to be hung up on it all:

“I would have loved to have stayed of course and I feel like I had a couple of lovely dances in me still, but at the same point it is what happened and there is no point in begrudging it or getting too upset about it,”

Innit Helen – this is Strictly, not FIFA.

And lets just all remember that ultimately, it all comes down to what the public want, and you’re never going to be able to please everyone, are you?

Now, excuse us whilst we go back to brushing up on our Charleston with Nana.
