Yahoo News Strictly's Ola Jordan shows off weight loss after 'mum and dad bod' pic
The dancer and her husband James have lost six and a half stone between them after gaining weight
Ola Jordan said her confidence was “next level” as she showed off her huge weight loss not long after saying she and her husband James had developed “mum and dad bods”.
The former Strictly Come Dancing pros were known for being super fit thanks to their dance careers, but this summer Ola shared that they’d both put on a lot of weight and that she felt “horrified and so disappointed” with herself.
She has now dropped three and a half stone and showed off the results on Instagram with before and after shots of her in a green bikini.

“I can’t quite believe that was me a few months ago!” she said.
“As you know I wasn’t happy although I tried to pretend that I was. All I can say is these days I’m not turning down invitations to go out any more.
"My confidence is just next level now.”
James also lost weight after he and Ola – who share two-year-old daughter Ella - came up with a dance fitness plan to get them back in shape.
They have now lost six and a half stone between them.
Ola, 40, was inundated with comments from fans and celebrity friends after she revealed her transformation.
Strictly It Takes Two host Janette Manrara was among those to post a message, exclaiming: “You look amazing!!!!”
Another fan wrote: “This is phenomenal. Well done. You are inspiring.”
“Wow you both did great and look fab,” said somebody else.
One said: “You look incredible Ola. It's always difficult after having a baby to feel yourself again.
"Well done.”
