Suspect in Horror Movie Mask Caught on Camera Outside New Orleans Home

Halloween has come early in New Orleans, it seems, and police are keen to know just why. They are seeking help in identifying a person wearing a horror movie mask and sheet, who they say stole an ornament from outside a home on June 10.

The thief was caught in home surveillance footage taking what police said was a “decorative rabbit inside of a basket on a bicycle” before fleeing.
