New takeaway offering 'authentic Neapolitan pizzas' opens in Coventry
A new pizza takeaway in Coventry has opened offering the 'authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza'. Mamma Margherita is now open at Priory Place in the city centre for diners to order pizzas with the 'freshest ingredients'.
The team prides itself in its 'traditional recipes and techniques' and strives to make every pizza 'a masterpiece' using ingredients 'carefully selected' to ensure the best quality. As well as offering pizzas, the takeaway serves antipasti, burgers, crust dippers, sides, cakes and desserts, and cold beverages.
The menu includes a range of pizzas including Hawaiian, Tropea, Calabrese, BBQ Chicken, Meaty Festa, Napolitana, and more. They also offer special meal deals which include a pizza, side, and soft drink from £7.95.

Mamma Special Pizza - Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Roasted Aubergine, Mint, Garlic, Hint of Chilli and Parmesan.
Salsiccia Pizza - White Base, Mozzarella, Home Made Fennel Sausage, Provolone Piccante Cheese, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Mamilu Pizza - Pumpkin Cream, Bacon, Gorgonzola, Cherry Tomatoes and Parmesan.

Despite only being open for a few months, Mamma Margherita has received positive reviews online, with a 4.9-star rating on Google reviews, 4.8 out of 5 on Just Eat and 4.8 out of 5 on Uber Eats.
Laurentiu Vieru said: "The pizza was bloody amazing, it feels just like home from the first bite. Soft thin dough, cooked to perfection with a nice puffy crust. The guys are kind and hard-working, served in no time and with great care! Prices are good, I'd even say lower than others."
Jason Sundaram said: "This is the best pizza I've ever had in the UK. Authentic and fresh ingredients and the crust is airy and soft. The black truffle mayonnaise dip is great as well."
Tomas added: "Incredible pizza ordered with Uber Eats. I believe this is a new pizzeria in the area & it's fantastic! This is by far the best pizza I've had in Coventry. The dough is fantastic, cooked to perfection. Great tomato base and white base pizzas, with great toppings."
