Talulah Riley Files For Divorce From Elon Musk

There’s more celebrity split news today, as Talulah Riley has reportedly filed for divorce from billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk for a second time.

The two first met in London’s Whiskey Mist in 2008, before tying the knot two years later in 2010.

Actress Talulah and PayPal co-founder Elon then divorced in 2012, before reconciling after 18 months and re-marrying in 2013.

Elon then reportedly filed for divorce again in 2014, but withdrew the petition seven months later.

Reports claim Talulah, who wrote and directed her first feature film, Scottish Mussel, in 2014, filed the new petition on Monday at the Los Angeles Superior Court, which stated that the couple have been living separately for six months.

According to the Standard, it also said: “With mutual consent, Ms Riley filed (the divorce petition). Mr Musk and Ms Riley continue to see each other occasionally as friends.”

Speaking about their relationship, Talulah once said: “I remember him saying, ‘Being with me was choosing the hard path.’ I didn’t quite understand at the time, but I do now. It’s quite hard, quite the crazy ride.”

Elon, who has also helped start electric car company Tesla Motors and private space firm SpaceX, was previously married to Canadian author Justine from 2000-2008.

The couple have five sons together. Their eldest, Nevada Alexander, sadly died of sudden infant death syndrome.
