New York City police have arrested a man accused of being Taylor Swift‘s stalker, for breaking into her home for the second time.

Roger Alvarado, 22, has been taken into custody, after he allegedly entered the singer’s apartment building in Tribeca. Swift was not at home at the time.

Police said Alvarado broke into the second-floor patio door of Swift’s home, according to PageSix.

Alvarado has been charged with stalking, burglary and criminal mischief.

As Swift has an order of protection against Alvarado, he has also been charged with criminal contempt for violating that order of protection.

Last month, Alvarado pleaded guilty to criminal contempt and attempted burglary.

He was sentenced to six months in jail for breaking into the pop star’s home in April 2018.

Alvarado was spotted climbing a ladder and smashing a window with his hand to gain access. He was later found by police in the apartment, sleeping.

Swift was not home during the either of Alvarado’s break-ins.

Alvarado is supposed to be serving five years probation in Florida and also undergoing a mental heath treatment. His latest arrest is in violation of his probation.

Swift has been a target for stalkers, prompting her to strengthen her security measures.

In September 2018, she was granted a restraining order against stalker of two years, 26-year-old Eric Swarbrick who had been sending the star letters since 2016.

In April 2018, Julius Alexander Sandrock, was arrested for felony stalking, for trying to break into her home, while wearing a mask and rubber gloves. He had a a knife, live ammunition, and black rope with him.

He later told police that he had driven across several states to meet the star, who was not home at the time of the incident.
