What Taylor Swift's dancer Kam Saunders actually said during Never Ever Getting Back Together in Cardiff

Taylor Swift and her team of dancers really learned the lingo during their epic performance at Cardiff's Principality Stadium in Cardiff, with one moment from backing dancer Kam Saunders really standing out. Fans love how Kam personalises a line in Taylor's hit We Are Never Getting Back Together and his Cardiff offering didn't disappoint.

Kameron Saunders, shouted out "ych a fi! during her performance in a particular nod to Wales. For those not familiar, ych a fi roughly translates to "gross" which was a very fitting addition to the song.

It is a tradition on the Eras tour that this moment is dedicated to each city that specific show is taking place in, with Kam using local sayings from Liverpool and Scotland while performing there. The popular dancer is also renowned for getting accustomed with his host city but we're still waiting for an update of Kam's Welsh experience, so stay tuned.

But that wasn't the only Welsh on show, as Taylor herself spoke some of our mother tongue on a few occasions. Right from the get-go Taylor had the crowd screaming when she announced "Shwmae Cardiff" as she kicked off the gig. She opened the show with a 'Hiya' in a Welsh accent, and after banger Cruel Summer she shouted "Shwmae!" ("Hello!") at the crowd with a wave.

She also said "Croeso I daith Eras" which translates to Welcome to the Eras tour which again got the crowd on their feet. Later in the show she also chanted "Un, dau, tri, pedwar" as in "1,2,3,4".

Then just before the end of her show, Swift ended with a sweet "Diolch o galon", meaning "thank you very much". It's not the first time Swift and her crew have made a nod to the location of their show. At her shows in Edinburgh earlier this month, there were reportedly references to Scottish culture and slang intertwined throughout the performances.

More than 70,000 fans descended on Cardiff to see the superstar, who sang more than 40 songs from her back catalogue for more than three hours. Follow our live updates on the concert here.
