As Taylor Swift transitioned into the third track of her Red Era for the night's tenth song, her dancer Kameron N. Saunders yelled 'póg mo thóin', prompting an eruption of applause from the audience.

The Irish phrase caused a stir among the thousands of Swifties, who had anticipated the star might drop some Irish lingo during her performance, reports the Irish Mirror.

In a dazzling display, Taylor and her six dancers, all decked out in glittering red sequined outfits, lined up during the iconic song's breakdown. Then, placing the microphone in front of Kameron's mouth, the dancer exclaimed the Irish expletive, igniting the chorus to thunderous cheers from the packed crowd.

Ahead of her Friday evening performance, Taylor Swift expressed her gratitude for the "Irish hospitality" she'd received, mentioning that U2 had sent her a bouquet of flowers.

Sharing a snapshot of the floral arrangement and accompanying note on her Instagram account, Taylor expressed her delight saying: "Already feeling that Irish hospitality, U2 thanks for always being the classiest and the coolest."

Adding to Taylor's connection to her fans, during her recent concert at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, she warmly greeted the audience with the phrase "Croeso i'r daith Eras", which translates into English as "Welcome to the Eras Tour", much to the delight of her supporters.
