The owner of what's hailed as Taylor Swift's go-to kebab shop has seen his business become an international hub for Swifties.

As the megastar gears up for her London Eras Tour performances, her dedicated followers have been travelling to the modest shop to sample Swift's 'go-to' dish.

Ahmed Khan, who has run Kentish Delight in London for more than 10 years, recalled how Swift was once a "regular" at the establishment. The 55 year old revealed that during her romance with the British actor Joe Alwyn, who hails from neighbouring Tufnell Park, the singer-songwriter would drop by "multiple times a month".

Swift's presence is still felt in the area as it's been disclosed she placed "a huge order" for her upcoming concerts at Wembley Stadium. Mr Khan shared the final tally of dishes is yet to be determined but mentioned chicken shish kebabs and falafel wraps are part of the spread, reports Wales Online.

Furthermore, Mr Khan has revealed Taylor's personal favourite item on the menu. For Swfites wanting to recreate the Tortured Poets Department singer's order at their local, she apparently favours a chicken doner kebab loaded with fresh salad, garlic mayonnaise, and a touch of chilli sauce.

He shared fond memories of the star's visits. He said: "Taylor used to come in all the time when she lived in London. Her boyfriend lived only ten minutes away. The two of them would come in together - multiple times a month sometimes."

Mr Khan has seen an influx of 'Swifties' from across the globe visiting his kebab shop after Taylor Swift shot parts of her 'Endgame' music video there in 2017. The star-studded video features Ed Sheeran and Future, and showcases Taylor enjoying herself in Miami, Tokyo, and London, with a notable scene at Kentish Delight on Kentish Town Road.

Mr Khan said: "I have a Taylor fan in here everyday. They come from all over the world - Europe, North America, South America. France, Spain, Mexico, Chile. One fan came all the way from Brunei just to come to our kebab shop."

Julia Steczek, a 17 year old from Poland, visited Kentish Delight on Wednesday (June 19) as part of her pilgrimage to 'Taylor Swift spots'. She said: "It's our first day in London and I knew I wanted to come here. It's one of the Taylor Swift spots to visit."

Eager to experience what Taylor might have enjoyed, Julia opted for the star's favourite meal days before attending Taylor's concert tomorrow. She said: "I'm going on Friday. I can't wait."

Taylor is set to take the stage for the first three of eight sold-out shows at London's Wembley Stadium, which boasts a 90,000 capacity, starting on Friday (June 21), followed by performances on Saturday (June 22), and Sunday (June 23).

After that, she'll continue her European tour with gigs in Amsterdam, Zurich, Milan, among other cities, before returning to London for another five shows between August 15 and August 20.
