Griff is offering fans the opportunity to own her "But Daddy I Love Him"-inspired dress she wore when she opened for Taylor Swift at the Eras Tour on June 22.

On June 26, the 23-year-old singer shared on Instagram that she would be “giving away my unbuttoned dress from [the] Eras Tour” to a lucky fan who preorders her upcoming debut album Vertigo.

Griff wrote in her post that the dress is “very sentimental to me” and that she “wanted to pass it down to one of you guys.”

In an interview with British Vogue published on June 24, the “Vertigo” singer revealed that she made the “mesh-y, translucent-y, deconstructed” blue and white dress herself — something she has done for her other performances over the years — and said, “I always do this. I think, ‘Yeah… I can rustle up a dress!’”

“I really fell in love with The Tortured Poets Department, and more specifically ‘But Daddy I Love Him,’” she explained. “I’ve always been drawn to a big dress shape and deconstructed fashion… I wanted the dress to almost look open, to flow.”

“To me, the bone in my body that likes making songs is the same one that enjoys making clothes,” she continued. “Be it a song or a dress… something might not exist right now, but then in two hours, it could.”

While Swift, 34, announced Griff as one of her three opening acts at Wembley Stadium on May 27, Griff revealed exclusively to PEOPLE on June 3 that it had been in the works since November 2022, when she met the “Bejeweled” singer at a Kendrick Lamar concert in London.

“It was so surreal to see her there,” Griff told PEOPLE at the time. “We spoke a little and I was congratulating her on everything, and she mentioned then at some point she would love to have me [as an opener on tour one day]. I was dying.”

After Swift announced Griff as one of the openers, she said that it “means so much” to have Swift select her and that she was “eternally grateful to Taylor and to all the Swifties that have been so welcoming when it was announced.”

Fearless was the first album I remember falling in love with as a kid,” she said. “I'm always just so inspired by how she can have such a huge career but stay so close to the songwriting process.”

Griff’s debut album Vertigo will be released on July 12.
