'That's Down': 'Wedge' Tornado Crosses Highway in Front of Chasers on Day of Deadly Iowa Storms

What storm chasers called a “wedge” tornado touched down and crossed a highway in Iowa on Tuesday, May 21, as severe weather hit the state.
