The Kardashian Sisters Are Being Sued Over Their Beauty Line

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Hillair aren’t happy with the trio and are suing them for breach of contract, deceit and negligent misrepresentation after the company agreed to invest over $10million to save the struggling beauty line in July 2014.

The court documents claim that Hillair “agreed to put up millions of dollars to help the Kardashians salvage their struggling Kardashian Beauty makeup line” back in 2014 after their former distributor, Boldface, went under due to financial troubles.

The records continue: “The essence of the parties’ bargain was that Hillair would put up millions of dollars to fund the continued distribution of the Kardashians’ line, and the Kardashians would continue to be the faces of the line, and actively promote, market and support the line.”

Hillair are claiming that they upheld their “part of the bargain” but the famous sisters “immediately stopped marketing, promoting, and supporting the line and began courting new potential investors to buy out Hillair’s stake”, as a result, Hillair want the money that they invested back alongside what they believe the company would have made.

They’ve estimated that figure would be “between $64 million and $180 million”.

The Kardashians are yet to respond to the company’s allegations.
