No, not the classic ’90s movie or its 2023 Disney+ spin-off series — ITV’s The Real Full Monty brings the striptease action into world of reality television, all while raising money for charity during the festive season.

That said, the show certainly takes its cues from its big-screen namesake which starred the likes of Robert Carlyle and Mark Addy. The Real Full Monty originally debuted in 2017 and has aired in every subsequent year apart from 2022.

Now, after a brief hiatus, the show is set to return for a new series this Christmas with The Real Full Monty: Jingle Balls but who will take part in it?

Here’s everything we know so far.

The Real Full Monty: Jingle Balls will land on ITV and ITVX on Monday 11 December, and Tuesday 12 December.

With dancer-turned-presenter Ashley Banjo and singer-turned-Loose Women Coleen Nolan on hosting duty, the reality show follows a group of celebrity contestants who must strip off in front of a live audience, all in the name of charity.

Previous contestants have included Christine McGuinness, Blue singer Duncan James, dancer James Jordan, Love Island’s Teddy Soares and Loose Women’s Brenda Edwards, all of whom bared everything to raise awareness about checking yourself for cancer.

In the process, participants were also seen recreating the iconic striptease moments featured within the popular 1997 film.
