Lydia Lucy, who is on Team Will.i.am and was reportedly moved into the London pad ahead of this weekend’s final, is thought to have seen the haunting figure above her bed when she woke in the night.
A source told the Daily Star: “At first everyone thought Lydia was winding us up.
“But she was so frightened that in the end we moved her to a nice hotel where thankfully there appear to be no ghosts.”
Eek. Where’s Yvette Fielding when you need her?
Lydia will be up against Team Boy George’s Cody Frost and Team Ricky Wilson’s Kevin Simm and Jolan this Saturday.
While Team Paloma Faith has no acts left, the singer made headlines when she suggested that she wouldn’t be returning to the show on Instagram.
Sharing a photo of her in a spinning red chair, Paloma wrote: “Last night I went down with the ship power dressing in possibly my last foray into reality tv shows. I may not be built for them but I am definitely built for getting lost in music. Caught in a trap. No turning back”.
The BBC later denied claims that Paloma had quit, saying that she would be there for Saturday’s final, despite some fans’ concerns.
