The key to happiness? All you need is a giant doughnut pillow

In case you didn’t know, all you need to be happy is a giant doughnut pillow.

At least, if you’re a dog.

Brielle Westwood tweeted these photos of her dog Riley wearing his favourite new item of clothing - a giant pillow made to look like a ring doughnut.

Riley doesn’t just like his new toy. He loves it. So much that he wouldn’t let anyone take it off him.

The cute picture clearly set the internet alight with love, earning more than 70,000 likes and getting Riley a spot on the We Rate Dogs Twitter account.

It also prompted other dog lovers to share their donut-related pictures.

Michelle B. Van Dyke shared a picture of her dog who struggled to fit their head through a similar, but smaller donut.
