Three arrested as man remains critical after Neath assault

Police have arrested two men and a woman as a man remains in hospital after an alleged assault in Neath. The incident is believed to have taken place in the town centre between the evening of Friday, May 10 and the early morning of Saturday, May 11.

A 46-year-old man was taken to hospital where he now remains in a critical but stable condition. Join our WhatsApp news community here for the latest breaking news.

South Wales Police confirmed on the evening of Monday, May 13 that three people have been arrested in relation to the incident. Two men aged 39 and 44 years old and a woman aged 46 have been arrested on suspicion of assault.

All three are from the Neath area. Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with further information to get in contact.
