World-famous rock band Coldplay will be headlining Glastonbury festival tonight.

Following a show stopping performance from Dua Lipa on Friday night, the band - fronted by lead singer Chris Martin - will be the second headline act to take to the festival’s Pyramid Stage.

The band - best known for hits including Yellow, Fix You and Paradise - was formed 27 years ago after the four members met at university. Since then the band have released nine studio albums. They have sold over 100 million albums worldwide, topped charts across the globe and won dozens of awards.

Coldplay will make their first Pyramid Stage appearance since 2016 on Saturday night, becoming the first act to headline Glastonbury five times. They made their festival debut back in 1999.

So when will Coldplay perform at Glastonbury? And who will be playing at the same time? Here's all you need to know.

What time is Coldplay playing?

Coldplay will be performing a two-hour set on the Pyramid Stage between 9.45pm and 11.45pm on Saturday, June 29. Instantly recognisable, the stage has been central to Glastonbury for decades, with many musicians citing it as a dream to play there.

Where can I watch Coldplay’s performance if I don’t have tickets?

The BBC will be streaming the five main stages live on iPlayer, as well as on BBC One and Two at various points of the weekend. On iPlayer, fans can find continuous live streams from the Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Park and Woodsies stages.

Coldplay's performance will be shown on BBC Two from 10pm on Saturday night.
