Severe thunderstorm warnings were issued across Pennsylvania on Wednesday, September 15, as storms brought heavy rain and the potential for flash flooding, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

Timelapse footage taken in College Station by Denys Khrulov shows clouds and rain moving through the area on Wednesday afternoon.
