TK Maxx and Home Sense are recalling their Kintra Foods Organic Premium Tea Leaf Teas products after insects were found inside. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issues recalls for a variety of reasons, including when products contain allergens that are not disclosed on the packaging or if plastic is detected in the item.

When a product is recalled for any reason, the FSA shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why it has been pulled from sale. Three lines of Kintra Foods Organic Premium Leaf Teas - Calm & Relax, Chamomile, and Sleepy - are affected.

The FSA warning said "insects may be present in these products which makes them unsafe to consume". The watching warned customers to stop drinking the tea using immediately and instead return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.

The FAS's advice says: "If you have bought any of the above products do not consume them. Instead, return them to any TK Maxx or Home Sense store for a full refund. For further information, please contact TK Maxx/Homesense Customer Services on 01923 473561 or customerservice@tjxeurope.com."
