Tom Jones has given fans an early Christmas present by announcing some extra summer dates for his Ages & Stages tour.

The veteran Welsh performer is set to showcase his greatest hits spanning his decades-long career as he takes to the stage in the run up to the festive season with a December arena tour already announced, and now you can snap up the perfect Christmas present for fans with new summer dates released.

Jones, 83, unveiled his plans on Monday when he posted: "Pleased to announce some summer shows for the UK & Ireland"

When is Tom Jones on tour in 2023 and 2024?

Fans of the Welsh crooner will need to be quick off the mark to get summer 2024 tickets as they're sure to be in high demand, especially for those who missed out on the December dates.

He'll begin his newly-announced summer shows on 13 June in Plymouth, followed by 15 June in Southampton and 26 June at Scarborough's Open Air Theatre.

On 28 June he'll be at Thetford Forest in Suffolk and on 30 June he'll move on to Stirling.

Fans can see Jones on 4 July in Bedford, 6 July in Chepstow, 12 July at The Piece Hall in Halifax and 13 July in Derby, after which he'll move on to Salt & Tar in Liverpool for 17 and 18 August.

Jones has also announced a special show at St Anne's Park in Dublin on 9 June, where he'll be joined by Nile Rodgers and Chic.

Jones had previously announced that he would kick off his Ages & Stages arena tour on 14 December at Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena.

Then, he'll move on to the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham on 16 December, followed by a date at London's O2 Arena on 17 December.

His tour will continue at Glasgow's OVO Hydro on 19 December and will finish just before Christmas on 20 December at the AO Arena in Manchester.

Jones has recently concluded the outdoor leg of the Ages & Stages tour, which took in dates at Cardiff Castle in July, as well as other packed venues across the UK and Europe.

Tickets will go on sale at Live Nation, Ticketmaster and See Tickets for all five arena dates.
