Here's your round-up of all the latest Swansea City news for Tuesday, June 26.

Govea interest grows

Swansea City starlet Aimar Govea is attracting interest from several clubs across Europe this summer.

Reports in Italy at the beginning of the week suggested the 18-year-old was a target for Juventus in this window. Those reports are understood to be accurate, but several other sides have also made tentative enquiries.

Clubs from Germany and Spain are believed to be keeping a close eye on the teenager's situation, while there's seemingly plenty of interest from England. too.

Arsenal, Brighton and Hove Albion, Southampton, and Newcastle United, are all known admirers of the winger, who signed his first professional with the Swans back in March.

However, at the time of writing, no one has made any sort of concrete approach at this stage.

The player himself is expected back with the rest of the squad for pre-season next week, and is believed to be happy in SA1. Indeed, Swansea's track record of developing young players was a big motivation behind his decision to put pen to paper.

Juventus may well decide to test things, however, given they can clearly offer a far more lucrative financial package. The Italian giants have been watching Govea for the last few months, and see him as potentially a good fit for their 'Next Gen' side, which currently competes in Serie C.

Govea, brother of former Swan Jordi, enjoyed a reasonably pleasing first team breakthrough under Luke Williams towards the end of last season, making five league appearances off the bench.

Championship rivals monitoring Tjoe-A-On

Oxford United are the latest club to have shown an interest in Swansea City defender Nathan Tjoe-A-On.

The full-back appears to be facing an uncertain future with the Swans, having struggled for game time since his arrival last summer.

In a bid to earn game time, he spent the second half of the season away on loan at Heerenveen, but played just 15 minutes of football.

He has since been away with the Indonesian national side this summer, playing in both World Cup qualifiers with Iraq and the Philippines.

Tjoe-A-On is set to feature in Swansea's pre-season plans, but his future beyond the end of the summer remains undecided.

Oxford, fresh from their promotion from League One are understood to have now made initial enquiries over his situation, while there have also been similar conversations with Dutch sides FC Emmen and Almere City.
