Train Slams into Tractor-Trailer in Charlotte

A train struck a tractor-trailer that became stuck on tracks in Charlotte, North Carolina on Tuesday, March 5.

According to local fire authorities a Norfolk Southern train collided with a truck on Tuesday afternoon.

This footage, filmed by Charlotte Fire Department, shows the aftermath of the crash, with emergency crews assessing the scene and hosing down the front of the train.

Other footage circulating online shows flames erupting from the crash at the moment of impact.
