The Traitors star Wilf Webster is expecting show bosses to throw in a few surprise twists in the upcoming second series.
The reality TV star was the last remaining Traitor in season one of the hit BBC murder-mystery show, losing out on the prize fund after Faithfuls Aaron, Hannah and Meryl correctly identified him as the Traitor.
In an exclusive interview with Digital Spy, Wilf predicts that season 2, arriving in the New Year, is set to differ from the debut series.

"There’s going to be some kind of twist or something," he says. "It’s not going to be exactly as you’ve just seen on season one.
"Nobody wants to see that either, people are going to want to see things that are a bit different."
Having participated on the show, Wilf can vouch for the fact that the game changes often. "You don’t know what they’re going to do and the day-to-day changes everyday," he adds.

Wilf went on to share how the unpredictability and tough nature of the game had an impact on him during the show.
"I had real bad anxiety and I struggled with my moral decisions," he tells us. "My moral compass was going nuts at me most of the time."
When it came to losing out in the final, the reality TV star holds no bad feelings and recalls the unveiling of his Traitors identity being a huge relief.
"Yeah it felt like a release, like oh my god, I don't have to lie anymore, I can just chill," he admits. "At the end, I really didn't care, I was like these people are great and we've created something really amazing and it felt like a magical moment."
Fans of the show will see new Traitors appointed and ready to test the Faithfuls in season two of the UK series, beginning on January 3.
The Traitors season 1 and the US version are available to stream on BBC iPlayer now. Season 2 of the UK version will air on January 3, 2024.
