Chelsea have made Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski their No1 summer transfer target, according to the Telegraph.

Despite uncertainty surrounding the futures of both Roman Abramovich and Antonio Conte, the Blues are pushing on with a £100m deal for the Poland international.

Meanwhile, the Mirror reports Manuel Pellegrini is ready to throw West Ham striker Andy Carroll a lifeline.

Pellegrini is expected to sign a £10m a year deal with the Hammers in the coming days and is willing to let Carroll, whose deal has 12 months to run, prove his worth.

West Ham are also reportedly pursuing a deal for Salomon Rondon, while Swansea are in talks with former Crystal Palace boss Frank De Boer over the vacant manager's position, both according to the Mirror.
