Trump Named as an Unindicted Co-Conspirator in Michigan False Electors Case

Former US President Donald Trump was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in a case in Michigan investigating more than a dozen people accused of acting as fake electors in the 2020 election.

Footage by Brendan Gutenschwager shows state investigator Howard Shock naming Trump as a co-conspirator in the case, along with Trump’s former chief of staff Mark Meadows and Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

Shock’s testimony was heard on the sixth day of pre-trial hearings.

The Michigan Attorney General announced the charges against 16 state residents last year, alleging they submitted false documents in “a coordinated effort to award the state’s electoral votes to the candidate of their choosing, in place of the candidates actually elected by the people of Michigan.” Credit: Brendan Gutenschwager via Storyful
