TSB customers have been left unable to access mobile and internet banking due to issues with the network’s service.
Downdetector recorded a spike in customer complaints at around 9am on Friday.
“We are aware that customers are facing issues logging in to our mobile app and internet banking,” said a TSB spokesperson on Twitter.
"We are taking action to restore the service and will provide an update as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes."
Frustrated TSB customers took to social media to complain they were unable to access the service on payday.
Many said they were struggling to pay bills.
“Pay day trying to pay bills and can’t this is actually getting ridiculous please can you advise when it will be up and running,” wrote one social media user."
It’s payday, of course it’s the app. TSB goes down every payday 🙃

Customers also appeared to be having issues with TSB’s mobile services.
One social media user said she had been having issues since Thursday evening.
“I'm trying to login via the app and keep getting this message and it won't let me bypass... It's been like this since yesterday evening & I only use my mobile to access,” she said on Twitter.
