A Tube passenger was left in hospital and needed surgery after a person ripped down a six-foot poster stand at the escalators. The poster fell onto another person's ankle sending them to hospital. In the hospital, the person needed an operation on their ankle because of the damage sustained and spent several days in there as a result.

On Tuesday, February 13, at around 7.40pm, a woman was seen shouting on a Jubilee line train. She left the train at Waterloo Station and headed towards the escalators. When she got to the escalators the person pulled down a six-foot poster stand causing it to fall.

British Transport Police have released an image of a woman they wish to speak to as they believe she may have information that could help with the investigation.
