Adult Swim has renewed the animated series My Adventures With Superman and Smiling Friends, both for their third seasons.

My Adventures With Superman follows twenty-somethings Clark Kent (voiced by Jack Quaid), Lois Lane (Alice Lee) and Jimmy Olsen (Ishmel Sahid) as they discover who they are, together.

Smiling Friends, meanwhile, centers on the employees of a small company dedicated to bringing happiness to a bizarre yet colorful world.

* The animated series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures will premiere the first half of Season 2 on Wednesday, Aug. 14 on Disney+ and Disney Jr.; Part 2 will arrive in early 2025. Additionally, a series of shorts based on the show will debut Friday, Aug. 2.

* Syfy has released a trailer for The Ark Season 2, premiering Wednesday, July 17 at 10/9c:

* Kerri Kenney-Silver (Reno 911!) has been cast in The Four Seasons, Netflix‘s forthcoming comedy series based on the Alan Alda/Carol Burnett movie of the same name, Deadline reports. She joins previously announced stars Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Colman Domingo and Erika Henningsen.

* Matthew Modine (Stranger Things) and Gabriel Sloyer (Grisdela) will co-star in the Prime Video thriller The Better Sister, opposite leads Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks, Deadline reports.

* Prime Video has released a trailer for the Tyler Perry movie Divorce in the Black, starring Meagan Good (Harlem) and Cory Hardrict (The Game). It begins streaming Thursday, July 11:
