Tyler learns a new suspect has come forward

Tyler begins his covert operation, but he is unable to glean the information he needs from Verity Banks. When she invites him up to her room, he agrees to go to see if he can find evidence of another man, despite Piper's concern. However, when Tyler gets there, Verity reveals that she's well aware Tyler is playing her, as her husband has sent numerous men after her to do the same thing.

Later, Toadie comes through with some surprising news – someone else has confessed to killing Hamish. This means Tyler won't be going to jail and Piper happily relays this message to him. But the question remains: who has come forward?

Meanwhile, Paige and Jack arrive in Adelaide, where Jack does everything he can to support Paige through the search. Jack and Paige work like a well-oiled machine – parenting together in perfect sync, and also bonding emotionally as they look back on the history of their relationship.

Elsewhere, Elly comes to Xanthe, telling her that she's received a call about Xanthe selling alcohol at school. Both are sure it's a mistake, but when Xanthe opens her bag, she's shocked to find some bottles in there.
