UFC 250 card: Amanda Nunes vs Felicia Spencer, live stream, UK start time, TV channel and prelims
UFC’s frantic post-lockdown schedule continues tonight with Amanda Nunes putting her featherweight title on the line against Felicia Spencer in Saturday’s UFC 250 main event.
Dana White’s promotion held three events in Jacksonville, Florida, in May before returning to its spiritual home of Las Vegas last weekend after Nevada officials lifted a ban on combat sports imposed during the coronavirus pandemic.
The card remains behind closed doors at the UFC’s APEX Center with Nunes, perhaps the greatest female fighter of all time, back in action. Nunes, who also holds the bantamweight title, makes the first defence of her featherweight title since knocking out Cris Cyborg in 51 seconds in December 2018.
Following Henry’s Cejudo’s decision to retire from MMA minutes after defending his bantamweight title against Dominick Cruz at UFC 249, there is a void to be filled in that division. With that in mind, former champion Cody Garbrandt will take on Raphael Assuncao in the co-main event with bantamweight contenders Aljamain Sterling and Cory Sandhagen also on the card.
Sean O’Malley is also set to feature in what will be just his second fight in 15 months.
UFC 250 TV channel and live stream
BT Sport 1 will have live coverage of all the action from the prelims to the main event.
BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.
UK start time
The prelim show is set for a 1am start in the early hours of Sunday June 7 with the main card to get underway at 3am.
