Ukraine's President Delivers Concession Speech After Comedian Wins Election

Outgoing Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko delivered a concession speech on the evening of Sunday, April 22, after a national exit poll gave the victory to his rival Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to Reuters, with over 90 percent of the vote counted, Zelenskiy had won 73 percent of the vote with Poroshenko winning just under 25 percent.
