Ulrika Jonsson wouldn't discourage her daughters from having one night stands: 'It's a natural desire'
Ulrika Jonsson has said she wouldn’t discourage her daughters from having one night stands, as “natural desires” can be a “wonderful thing”.
The TV personality appeared on Loose Women today to discuss sex and relationships after she recently became intimate again for the first time in five years.
She told the panellists how she had had sex with a man she met through social media after their second date.
Towards the end of the chat, Ruth Langsford asked Jonsson where she stood on talking to her two daughters, Bo, 20, and Martha, 15, about one night stands and whether she "encouraged" them.

Jonsson, 52, replied: "I don't discourage one night stands but what I'm saying is, absolutely we were taught as girls not to sleep with somebody on the first date, why is that? It's a natural desire, it's an amazing, wonderful thing, as long as you're protecting yourself."

The mother-of-four added: "You should not feel bad about it."
The former Gladiator host confirmed her split from her third husband Brian Monet last year, later detailing that they had had sex once in eight years.
She explained that it had left her feeling insecure about herself and that she had been "profoundly affected" by the lack of intimacy.
Also in her Loose Women interview, Jonsson detailed that although getting older did come with "body insecurities" she added that it had also provided her with an "amazing sense of freedom".
