  • Wide receiver Tyre McCants scored a long touchdown despite a defender dragging behind him.

  • McCants weighs 225 pounds and refused to go down.

  • Central Florida needs a win to remain alive for a New Year's 6 bowl game.

South Florida got on the board early in their rivalry showdown with Central Florida when receiver Tyre McCants refused to be tackled by a single defender.

The play came on the first drive of the game when McCants took a screen pass and raced down the sideline.

At about the 15-yard line, a defender grabbed McCants' jersey and held on for dear life. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to bring down the 225-pound receiver.

Here is the replay. Oh mama.
