Video Shows UCLA Camp Before Police Dispersal

Video captured shortly before police began clearing the pro-Palestinian encampment on the UCLA campus in the early hours of May 2 shows a group of tents and wooden barriers on the edge of the area.

Anthony Cabassa filmed this video of the encampment and said it shows the “complete inside layout, tents that include medical, food and sleeping quarters, and members FORTIFYING the makeshift perimeter barriers as police set to enter the area.”

Police breached the barricades on the campus early Thursday and detained dozens of protesters, according to local reports. Credit: Anthony Cabassa via Storyful
