Video Shows Before and After Views of Destroyed Grain Store in Luhansk Oblast

A Russian bombing in Rubizhne, eastern Ukraine, destroyed thousands of tons of stored grain, the governor of Luhansk said.

The Golden Agro LLC grain elevator, opened in 2020, was completely destroyed, Serhiy Haidi said, according to a machine translation of a Telegram post.

Haidi posted a video of the site before the bombing, and again after the damage.

The governor also posted satellite images from Planet Labs that showed the site before and after the strike. He accused Russia of trying to create a famine.

All of the company’s agricultural products were destroyed in the bombing, including 17,000 tons of wheat, he said. Credit: Golden Agro LLC via Storyful
