Bullet Narrowly Misses Dallas Shootout Witness

An eyewitness to a shootout between Dallas police and at least one assailant in an armored vehicle narrowly avoided being hit by a bullet in the early hours of Saturday, June 13. Facebook user Sparks Ramirez uploaded the video and wrote, “Holy crap!! This literally just happened! Shoot out in downtown area, a bullet passes near me! You can hear it!!!”
