California's Wragg Wildfire Stands at 20 Percent Contained

The Wragg Fire in northern California grew to 6,900 acres on July 24. The fire stood at 20 percent contained, up from 5 percent a day earlier, according to the incident report. Mandatory evacuations remained in effect, but the number of buildings threatened was down from 200 to 150.

Reports say the fire was sparked by a vehicle accident, but the cause remains under investigation.
