Deadly Gun Attack Targets Quetta Passport Office

A police officer and at least two members of Pakistan’s Shia Hazara community were killed on July 6 when gunmen opened fire outside a passport office in Quetta. Police said the attack was a “sectarian targeted killing,” according to Reuters reports. The shootings follow a bomb attack on July 5 which left one person dead and injured 18 others.
