Dramatic Pursuit Through Perth Captured in Helicopter Footage

A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a number of incidents in Perth, Western Australia on July 22. Helicopter footage shows a car travelling in a reckless manner in and around Perth, colliding with a number of other vehicles.
