France Declares State of Emergency After Dozens Killed

French police said dozens were killed and many injured after multiple attacks involving gunfire and explosions in Paris on Friday, November 13. French media reported a shooting at a Cambodian restaurant in Paris’ 10th arrondissement, as well as incidents close to the Stade de France sports stadium. Another incident was reported at Les Halles. French police also killed two gunmen in a hostage situation at a nightclub where at least 60 were held.
