Islamic State's Moral Police Patrol Raqqa

Footage published by media activists shows a rare glimpse into life in al Raqqa, Syria, the de-facto capital of the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), where media is tightly controlled by IS fighters and its affiliate media production wing. The footage notably shows a van belonging to Al Hesbah (00.15 and 00.39), the IS ‘Moral Police’.
