Israeli Security Cabinet Outlaws Northern Branch of Islamic Movement
The Israeli Security Cabinet has outlawed a domestic religious-political group it referred to as the “northern branch of the Islamic Movement.” The decision came after a travel ban was issued on its leaders, who are accused inciting recent Arab violence. According to reports court orders were issued to shut down 17 non-profit organizations and movements that operate on behalf of the group.
This video, uploaded by the Israel Police, shows footage of police confiscating computers and files from the group’s offices.
